With our state-of-the-art facilities and accreditation, we are equipped with an automatic 80M conveyor with over 480 hanging points, combined with an online iron phosphating spray system, enabling us to provide high quality, competitive and consistent services for both small and large parts.

Our setup allows us to process items up to 3 meters in length and with a 1 meter drop. Powder guns, manually operated by our highly trained sprayers within our self-contained online powder booth ensures quality and consistency. We specialise in providing high quality finishes on many commercial, music, medical and aviation components both big and small.
